DESCRIPTION:Nei fine settimana 4-4\, 11-14 luglio torna ad Olmo la Sagra della bistecca.\nNel 2001 la festa paesana acquisisce il nome di “Sagra della Bistecca”\, d’ora in poi\, grazie alla qualità della cucina e della carne utilizzata\, è entrata a far parte delle più importanti feste paesane toscane ed ogni anno richiama migliaia di visitatori ed amatori della buona cucina toscana.\n\nLa posizione del paese\, posto in Valdichiana\, alle porte della cittadella medioevale di Arezzo\, permette al turista di godere della visita della città e\, successivamente\, poter gustare la qualità delle bistecche della Valdichiana.Dal 2008 si costituisce il “Comitato Sagra della Bistecca”\, scindendo il legame con il gruppo sportivo\, dapprima finanziato con i proventi della festa\, per devolvere\, così\, il ricavato ad attività di utilità sociali per Olmo. \nIl ricavato ha permesso di realizzare\, e continuare nel tempo\, le attività del gruppo sportivo del paese. \n
